Product Information on our Website

Some of the information that we display on our website concerning a product comes from the manufacturer, such as dimensions, weights, and on occasion the pictures. Each item is unique, weights and dimensions listed with for each product may vary slightly from the description. For products which are convex or rounded, these dimensions are usually measured prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, and this may lead to slight discrepancies. In addition, for products where we state a weight, it is possible that the weight in any and all purchases will vary by as much as .05 carats from the stated weight. For those items which contain more than one diamond, we use the average grade and measurement for carat weight, color and clarity.

Product images are not actual size. We use our best efforts to provide you with an accurate view of our products on our Website. However, in order to let you see the product, it is sometimes necessary to make the product appear larger or smaller than the actual size. In addition, the settings on your monitor can affect color, size and shape slightly.

Gemstones

Gemstones may have been treated or enhanced by heating, oiling, diffusion, waxing, etc. These processes may not be permanent and may require special care by the consumer. Please consult one of our jewelry professionals with questions regarding the special care of these items. Colored diamonds may be irradiated and/or treated.

Laser Inscriptions

Some of our diamonds are laser inscribed. We do not provide laser inscription services ourselves. We can provide you with contact information for diamond grading labs that provide this service.

7. Kimberly Process Policy – No Conflict Diamonds

Our diamonds are purchased from well-known and respected suppliers. Each of these suppliers has agreed to the standards established by the Kimberley Process, which is an international system for assuring that diamonds come from sources that are conflict free. 8. Order and Shipping Policies

At present, we ship only to addresses in the Contiguous 48 United States. View our complete shipping policy.

9. Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit cards:

Use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.

Debit cards:

You may use your debit card if your account allows payments of this size and there are sufficient funds in your account.

10. Security and Insurance of Shipments

We ensure each order from when we send it until when you receive it. When your order is in transit to you, your shipment is always risk-free.

We are required to ship only to the address that matches the billing address of the issued credit card used for purchase. If we suspect fraud, even if these match we reserve the right to refuse shipment.

We also require a signature on all orders, even if you have a signature waiver on file with the carrier.

11. Returns or Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items under $1,000 for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 10 days of receipt. Items over $1,000 can be exchanged or receive in-store credit within 10 days of receipt.

Any merchandise that was sized, altered, engraved, damaged or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be returned. Before you decide to initiate a return, give us a call at (512) 451-9292 so that we can make sure, no matter how you choose to proceed, that you are 100% satisfied.

All returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Shipping is non-refundable. A refund on shipping will only be applied if there was a discrepancy or error during the checkout process through kormanfinejewelry.com

Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
